目的介绍一种自行研制简易实用的CT颅表定位栅。方法用较高密度的标记物-废弃介入导管,制作成栅栏状,垂直粘贴在颅内病灶大致相对颅表投影区域表面,进行CT扫描。根据CT所显示的颅内病灶和颅表标记物关系,将颅内病灶颅表投影位置或最佳入颅穿刺点非常准确直接定位标记在颅表头皮上。结果经过对5例颅内金属异物、27例脑脓肿、438例颅内血肿、132例颅内肿瘤进行术前定位,证实定位准确。结论自制CT颅表定位栅,取材容易、制造简单,操作方便、无创,颅表定位准确可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To introduce a simple and practical CT skull positioning grid. Methods With a higher density of markers - abandoned interventional catheter, made into a fence-like, vertical paste in the skull lesions roughly relative skull projection area surface, CT scan. According to CT showed the relationship between intracranial lesions and cranial surface markers, intracranial lesions skull surface projection or the best puncture point into the skull is very accurate direct positioning mark in the cranial scalp. Results After 5 cases of intracranial metal foreign bodies, 27 cases of brain abscess, 438 cases of intracranial hematoma, 132 cases of intracranial tumors were preoperatively located to confirm the accurate positioning. Conclusion Homemade CT cranial table positioning grid, easy drawing, manufacturing simple, easy to operate, noninvasive, cranial positioning accurate and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
