作业成本法克服了传统成本计算方法导致的成本信息失真问题,提供相对准确的成本信息.传统成本管理的主要是产品,而作业成本法不仅包括产品,而且包括作业环节.通过实施作业成本法,挖掘选煤厂各个作业环节消耗存在的问题,作业点的划分从原煤系统开始,到装车系统对结束;从工艺流程的各个环节入手,通过对作业点及作业成本的确认计量,最终计算出相对准确的产品成本.
