采用透明胶纸肛拭子法对定安县６所幼儿园的８９３名幼儿进行了蛲虫检查。各园的感染率在５０．５０％～５９．８７％之间；感染率随年龄的增长而升高，大于５岁组（５８．８６％）显著高于大于３岁组（５０．７９％）；男女的感染率分别为５４．９６％及５６．６０％；总感染率为５５．５４％。 893 babies from 6 kindergartens in Dingan County were examined for pinworm using the translucent adhesive tape anal swab method. The infection rates in all the parks ranged from 50.50% to 59.87%. The infection rates increased with age, significantly higher than those in the 5-year-old group (58.86% vs. 50.79% ). The infection rates of males and females were 54.96% and 56.60% respectively. The total infection rate was 55.54%.
