通过不同浓度的油茶皂素净水剂对南美白对虾养殖池中水质改善效果的探究中发现,一定浓度的油茶皂素净水剂可以使养殖水体中的pH始终保持在弱碱性的范围之内,并有效降解养殖水体中源于生物尸体、粪便、残饵、有机碎屑等有机质降解和生物的排泄物等产生的COD、NH4+-N、PO43--P和H2S,但对于NO2--N的降解效果不明显,研究结果表明,油茶皂素净水剂在对虾的养殖过程中,能有效改善养殖水质,优化养殖环境,提高养殖生态系统的自净效率,可以应用于南美白对虾的健康养殖。
Through different concentration of Camellia saponin water purifier to improve the water quality of P. vannamei aquaculture ponds, it was found that certain concentrations of Camellia saponin purifying agent can keep the pH in the breeding water body in the range of weak alkaline , COD, NH4 + -N, PO43 - P and H2S generated from the degradation of organic matter and excrement from living organisms such as biological cadaver, excrement, residual bait and organic detritus in aquaculture water are effectively degraded. However, for NO2-- N was not obvious. The results showed that Camellia saponin water purification agent can effectively improve the water quality of culture, optimize the culture environment and improve the self-purification efficiency of the cultured ecosystem in the shrimp culture, which can be applied to the health of P. vannamei Breeding.
