目的 通过拟黑多刺蚁对S180 腹水肉瘤鼠存活时间及Swiss和BaL/C小鼠荷瘤生长的影响 ,研究其体内抑瘤作用 .方法 随机将小鼠分为对照组和 5 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,15 0 0mg/kg蚂蚁剂量实验组 ,用S180 腹水肉瘤建立动物肿瘤模型 ,对照组以蒸馏水灌胃 ,实验组以蚂蚁液灌胃 ,连续 2 5d .结果 实验组小鼠平均存活时间均高于对照组 ,而腹水量、瘤细胞数及荷瘤重均低于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,以 10 0 0mg/kg剂量实验组抑瘤效果最明显 .结论 拟黑多刺蚁具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长和延长荷瘤小鼠平均存活时间的作用
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect in vivo of S180 ascites sarcoma mice and the influence of tumor growth in Swiss and BaL/C mice. The control group was fed with distilled water. The experimental group was administrated with ant liquid for continuous 25 days. Results The average survival time of mice in the experimental group was Compared with the control group, the amount of ascites, the number of tumor cells, and the weight of tumors were all lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The effect of 100 mg/kg was the most significant in the experimental group. Conclusions Black spiny ants have the effect of inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and prolonging the average survival time of tumor-bearing mice
