加拿大是个不允许体罚孩子的国度。以往时常有家长因为体罚孩子而被警察带走的事情发生。不过最新的加拿大法律规定,对2～12岁的孩子可以适度地进行体罚。体罚孩子的程度可重可轻,问题是这个度很难把握。如果孩子不懂事,在幼儿园向老师告发父母打骂的话,有关部门就会立刻介入。情节严重的,父母甚至会丧失抚养权。波罗的一个朋友就曾经历过这样的事情,虽然最后有惊无险,但毕竟已经在警察局留下了案底。
