党的十八大提出实现中华民族伟大复兴,实现中国梦,为中央企业思想政治工作提出了新要求。思想政治工作要更加注重心里疏导、倡导人文关怀,就是坚持以人为本,从尊重、理解、关心人的角度,关注和发挥人的潜能,心理关怀是建设和谐企业、促进企业和谐发展的重要特征。它作为一种人本管理方式融入到企业营销、企业文化等各个环节,对增强企业凝聚力、激发职工创造力、提高企业核心竞争力具有积极意义。随着近十几年中石化中原海外事业的发展,石油石化企业员工队伍的知识结构和施工环境均已发生了深刻变化、面对市场环境和工作对象所发生的变化,加强员工的心里疏导,重视人文关怀,不断创新思想政治工作模式,改进工作方法,对企业凝聚人心、维护稳定、促进和谐发展将产生积极的推动作用。
The 18th CPC National Congress proposed the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the fulfillment of the Chinese dream, putting forth new requirements for the ideological and political work of the central enterprises. Ideological and political work should pay more attention to psychological dedication and advocacy of humane care, that is, people-oriented insistence, attention and development of human potential from the perspective of respecting, understanding and caring for people. Psychological care is an important feature of building a harmonious enterprise and promoting the harmonious development of the enterprise. It integrates into the marketing and corporate culture as a people-based management approach and has positive significance to enhancing the cohesion of enterprises, stimulating the creativity of employees and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the development of Sinopec Zhongyuan overseas business in the recent decade, profound changes have taken place in the knowledge structure and construction environment of the staff in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises. In the face of changes in the market environment and work targets, employees’ Humane care, constantly innovating ideological and political work patterns and improving working methods will have a positive impetus to enterprises to unite people, maintain stability and promote harmonious development.
