目的:通过职业卫生检测,即可以评价作业环境的卫生质量,判断是否符合职业卫生标准要求,也可以估计在此作业环境下劳动的劳动者的接触水平。方法:按照国家有关标准的要求,对该企业进行工作场所职业病危害因素识别和卫生检测,并对其危害因素及其现状进行分析。连续采样测定三天,每日上、下午各测一次,每次在同一点采取样品三个。结果:粉尘检测2个点次,达标率100%;毒物铅16个点次,超标达53.4%。硫酸7个点次,达标率100%。噪声检测20个点次,合格率70%。结论:该企业生产工艺过程中铅的职业病危害相当严重,应加强整改。
OBJECTIVES: By means of occupational hygiene testing, the health quality of the working environment can be evaluated to determine whether it meets the requirements of occupational hygiene standards and the level of exposure of laborers in this working environment can also be estimated. Methods: In accordance with the requirements of relevant national standards, the enterprise was identified and sanitized for occupational hazards in the workplace, and its harmful factors and status quo were analyzed. Continuous sampling determination of three days, the daily test, afternoon test once each at the same point to take three samples. Results: Dust detection 2 times, the compliance rate of 100%; lead poison point 16 times, exceeding the standard of 53.4%. 7 points of sulfuric acid, compliance rate of 100%. Noise detection 20 points, the pass rate of 70%. Conclusion: The occupational hazards of lead in the production process of this enterprise are quite serious, and rectification and reform should be strengthened.
