对42例婴儿痉挛症(IS)患儿进行了脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、正中神经体感诱发电位(MNSEP)和头颅CT扫描检查。结果表明:42例IS中,BAEP异常20例,占47.6%,主要表现为阈值升高,I波潜伏期延长和V/I<0.5;MNSEP异常25例,占59.52%,主要为皮层电位N20波缺失,N13~N20峰间期延长和N20左右侧间差值增大;头颅CT35例异常,7例正常,正常者中,l例BAEP异常,4例MNSEP异常。提示脑诱发电位是揭示IS病儿颅内病损的又一客观检查方法,具有临床实用价值。
Forty-two infants with infantile spasms (IS) underwent brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), median nerve somatosensory evoked potential (MNSEP) and cranial CT scan. The results showed that BAEP was abnormal in 20 cases (47.6%) in 42 cases of IS. The main manifestations were elevated threshold, prolonged latency of I wave and V / I <0.5; 25 cases of abnormal MNSEP (59.52% Mainly for the loss of N20 wave in the cortical potential, prolongation of the N13 ~ N20 peak interval and increase of the difference between left and right sides of the N20; CT35 cases were abnormal in the head and 7 cases were normal. Among the normal cases, 1 was abnormal in BAEP and 4 was abnormal in MNSEP. Prompt brain evoked potential is to reveal the intrauterine lesions of children with IS another objective examination, with clinical practical value.
