目前,视频监控系统已经在安全防盗、生产管理和远程教学等领域得到了广泛的应用。随着网络技术、图像压缩技术和嵌入式技术的飞速发展,视频监控系统正在向着网络化,数字化和小型化的方向发展,基于网络的视频监控系统已经成为监控系统发展的必然趋势。提出了网络视频监控系统的基本原理及概念,分析了其特点及总体结构,并对网络视频监控系统进行了初步地设计与实现。
At present, the video surveillance system has been widely used in the fields of security, manufacturing management and distance learning. With the rapid development of network technology, image compression technology and embedded technology, video surveillance system is developing towards network, digitization and miniaturization. Network-based video surveillance system has become the inevitable trend of monitoring system development. The basic principle and concept of network video surveillance system are put forward. The characteristics and general structure of network video surveillance system are analyzed. The network video surveillance system is designed and implemented preliminarily.
