(一)五结合的产生辅导工作是整个教学过程中的一个不可缺少的有机组织成部分。两年来通过实际工作,在这方面,取得了一定的经验,在配合课堂教学、提高放学质量方面显示出了一定的作用。当1958年整风运动进入到整改,双反交心的阶段,教师学生一起鸣放,揭发了过去辅导工作中长期存在的管教不管导的问题。接着我们在总路线和教育方针的指引下,深入地开展了教育大革命,社会主义思想大大提高,为了提高教育质量,把辅导工作搞好,就成为多数教师的自觉愿
