目的:建立非水毛细管电泳法(NCAE)快速测定白带丸中小檗碱的含量。方法:运用非水毛细管电泳方法,熔融石英毛细管(50μm×50cm),缓冲液为70mmol.L-1醋酸铵-3.0%醋酸-10%乙腈的甲醇液,检测波长230nm,分离电压25kV,柱温20℃,用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后进样,压力进样:50mbar×3s。结果:方法最低检测质量浓度为0.1mg.L-1,线性范围1~40mg.L-1,r=0.9996,线性关系良好。RSD为1.91%,回收率为96.3%。结论:为白带丸中小檗碱的含量测定提供了一种快速、准确和灵敏的测定方法。
Objective: To establish a non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NCAE) method for rapid determination of berberine in leucorrhea pills. Methods: Non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis method was used. Fused silica capillary (50μm×50cm) was used. The buffer was 70mmol.L-1ammonium acetate-3.0%acetic acid-10% acetonitrile in methanol. Detection wavelength was 230nm, separation voltage was 25kV, column temperature. 20 °C, 0.45μm microporous membrane filter after injection, pressure injection: 50mbar × 3s. RESULTS: The lowest detection concentration was 0.1 mg.L-1, the linear range was 1-40 mg.L-1, r=0.9996, and the linear relationship was good. The RSD was 1.91% and the recovery was 96.3%. Conclusion: A rapid, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of berberine in leucorrhea pills was provided.
