对监外执行罪犯的社区矫正工作在全国18个省、自治区、直辖市展开,检察机关在社区矫正工作中也实施了法律监督,但各地在开展此项工作中也遇到了一些问题。笔者就灵山县开展社区矫正工作中存在的问题和检察机关开展法律监督存在的问题作分析,并就如何做好社区矫正工作和进行法律监督提出一些对策和建议。
The community corrections work on off-guard execution criminals has been carried out in 18 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Procuratorial organs have also implemented legal supervision in community corrections. However, various localities have encountered some problems in carrying out this work. The author analyzes the problems existing in the work of community rectification in Lingshan County and the problems existed in the legal supervision carried out by procuratorial organs and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to do well in community correction and legal supervision.
