为了研究紫草素对肝癌细胞增殖和凋亡的影响,试验以SMMC-7721为研究对象,利用倒置显微镜观察细胞的形态变化,通过体外细胞毒性试验(MTT)比色法和流式细胞仪检测紫草素处理前后对肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721增殖和诱导细胞凋亡的作用。结果表明:在紫草素作用下,SMMC-7721形态发生改变,细胞增殖受到抑制,细胞凋亡率为(19.00±1.31)%和(23.04±1.25)%。说明紫草素对肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721具有明显的凋亡诱导作用,为抗肿瘤药物的研究提供了理论基础。
In order to study the effects of shikonin on the proliferation and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells, SMMC-7721 was used as the research object. The morphological changes of the cells were observed by inverted microscope. The cytotoxicity (MTT) colorimetric assay and flow cytometry Effect of Shikonin on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line SMMC-7721. The results showed that under the action of shikonin, the morphology of SMMC-7721 changed and the cell proliferation was inhibited. The apoptotic rates of SMMC-7721 cells were (19.00 ± 1.31)% and (23.04 ± 1.25)%, respectively. Shikonin induced hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 obvious apoptosis induction, providing a theoretical basis for the study of anti-tumor drugs.
