进入21世纪人们越来越关注自身健康,在这种时代背景下,大众体育也迅速发展,人们不断探求最适合人类的运动方式,具有民族特色的太极拳逐渐走进人们的视野,备受各个年龄阶段人们的喜爱。它将修性与健身融为一体,包含了极为丰富的健身理念,同时也具备多种健身功效。本文在分析其健身理念的基础上,又从活动腰部、有效调节神经系统、促进关节的正常运作等方面,全面阐述了其健身功效,希望以此促进太极拳的全面发展。
