铝抑制动物氟化物的肠吸收并减低骨中氟化物的浓度(Hobbs等1954),是水中氟化物的强力络合剂;肠道中40—60%的氟化物可被铝结合。从前对人所做的研究指出,相当小剂量的氢氧化铝即可显著增加粪氟化物的排泄,因而抑制氟化物的肠吸收(Spencer等1979)。为了考查由血浆氟化物水平所反映出来的氟化物吸收受抑制的程度,而在这方面做此研究。本研究就是在补给氟化物期间进行的,这与氟化物用于治疗骨质疏松症
Aluminum inhibits intestinal absorption of animal fluoride and decreases the concentration of fluoride in bone (Hobbs et al. 1954), a potent complexing agent for fluoride in water; 40-60% of the fluoride in the intestinal tract can be bound by aluminum. Previous research on humans has shown that a relatively small dose of aluminum hydroxide can significantly increase fecal fluoride excretion, thereby inhibiting intestinal absorption of fluoride (Spencer et al., 1979). To investigate the degree of inhibition of fluoride absorption as reflected by plasma fluoride levels, we did this in this area. This study was carried out during the fluoride supply, which is used with fluoride for the treatment of osteoporosis
