本文研究了环烷酸钕盐体系聚乙炔的密度和结晶性能。发现改变Al/Nd摩尔比(2~8)和聚合温度(-15℃~40℃),对聚乙炔的顺/反组成、密度和结晶性能影响不大。不同顺/反组成的聚乙炔只能由热异构化得到。聚乙炔的密度和结晶性能与顺/反组成紧密相关。聚乙炔的密度在反式含量达~45%时出现最小值(1.160g/cm~3);晶面间距(d_晶)随反式含量增加而减少,并在反式含量~66%处出现由缓慢到快速减少的转折。十五种稀土环烷酸盐催化体系所得聚乙炔的密度为1.15~1.25g/cm~3,纤维体积填充分数为0.11~0.22。
In this paper, the density and crystallization properties of neodymium naphthenate polyacetylene were studied. It was found that the Al / Nd mole ratio (2 ~ 8) and the polymerization temperature (-15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃) have little effect on the cis / trans composition, density and crystallinity of polyacetylene. Different cis / reverse composition of polyacetylene can only be obtained by thermal isomerization. The density and crystallinity of polyacetylene are closely related to the cis / trans composition. The density of polyacetylene is the lowest (1.160g / cm ~ 3) when the content of trans is up to 45%; the interfacial distance (d_crystal) decreases with the increase of trans content, and at the trans content of ~ 66% There was a transition from slow to fast. Fifteen rare earth naphthenate catalyst system obtained polyacetylene density of 1.15 ~ 1.25g / cm ~ 3, fiber volume fraction of 0.11 ~ 0.22.
