目的建立积雪草挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。方法采用GC法,以石竹烯为参照物,对10批积雪草挥发油指纹图谱进行研究。结果GC指纹图谱中共有33个共有峰,10批积雪草药材的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90,符合指纹图谱的技术要求。结论所建立积雪草挥发油指纹图谱,可作为积雪草药材以及正在研制的抗抑郁新药雪抑乐的质量控制依据。
Objective To establish a GC fingerprinting of Centella asiatica volatile oil. Methods GC fingerprints were used to study the fingerprints of volatile oil from 10 batches of Centella asiatica. Results There were 33 common peaks in the GC fingerprints, and the fingerprint similarity of 10 batches of Centella asiatica were all higher than 0.90, which accorded with the technical requirements of fingerprinting. Conclusion The fingerprint of volatile oil of Centella asiatica can be used as the basis for quality control of Centella asiatica and the new antidepressant under development.
