The SNCF’s enthusiasm for developing double-decker buses - straight high. There are hundreds of double-decker buses now in use, all of which are locomotive traction. Taking into account the larger gradient (up to 20%) of some applicable double-decker bus lines, the locomotive traction method can not be adapted and therefore the EMU has been selected as the main direction.
