目前,我国食品安全法已经正式出台,政府各监管职能部门也相应的在制定配套实施条例,共同构建食品安全公共监管的法律体系。本文在这一部分主要从我国食品安全的基本国情出发讨论食品安全法的具体实施方案,以确保在新法的指导下能顺利建立一个“决策科学、分工合理、运转高效、良性互动”的食品安全公共监管模式。
At present, the food safety law of our country has been formally promulgated, and various regulatory departments of the government are also formulating supporting implementing regulations accordingly to jointly establish a legal system for food safety public supervision.
