青岛特钢在环保搬迁改造过程中,为了提高烧结矿质量,改善烧结矿粒级分布,确保高炉稳定顺行采取了一系列创新改造措施。改造后,烧结矿碱度合格率及稳定率都得到大幅提升,烧结矿转鼓强度提高接近3%,筛分指数下降约1%,5~10 mm粒级含量下降约5%,为高炉稳定、企业增效和持续发展打下了坚实的基础。
