目的探讨模糊数学综合评价模型在制鞋业职业病危害风险评估中的应用。方法根据风险评估原理,结合工程分析、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、专家评估等方法,应用模糊数学综合评价模型对成都市某制鞋企业可能存在的职业病风险因素进行风险评估。结果利用模糊数学综合评价模型得出该制鞋企业的综合风险评估模型总得分(F值)为11.718,为中度职业病危害项目,存在的职业病风险在采取改进措施后是可以接受的。结论模糊数学综合评价模型能够评估项目的总体和各评价因素风险等级和发生的可能性,具有一定优越性,但该模型涉及的因素较多,对技术要求较高,存在一定的不稳定性和不确定性,尚需要进一步研究。
Objective To explore the application of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model in risk assessment of occupational hazards in footwear industry. Methods According to the principle of risk assessment, risk assessment of occupational disease risk factors possibly existing in a shoe-making enterprise in Chengdu was carried out with the method of engineering analysis, occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and expert evaluation. Results The total score (F value) of the comprehensive risk assessment model of shoe-making enterprises was 11.718, which was a moderate occupational hazard project using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The risk of occupational diseases is acceptable after the improvement measures were taken. Conclusion The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model can evaluate the overall project risk level and the possibility of occurrence of each evaluation factor, and has some advantages. However, the model involves many factors, has high technical requirements, and has some instabilities and Uncertainty still needs further study.
