成人教育综合评估的指标体系,一般由三级或四级指标构成。以三级指标体系为例,三级指标数量一般在40—60条之间。指标体系中各级指标的权重的量化方法,不仅对评估过程的可操作性有着直接影响,而且能决定人们对评价结果的直观感受程度。而权重是指某一指标在整个指标体系中价值的比重。当权重或者说价值比重的大小确定以后,就需要决定权重的表示方法。究竟选择哪一种方法,要从所涉及的评估工作的角度考虑。实际工作中,人们选用较多的是累加法和乘积法。两法各有优缺点,为利于实评工作中扬长避短,本人兹将实践中的粗浅体会抛出来,希望能对从事该项工作的领导和同志有所裨益。
The indicator system for adult education comprehensive assessment generally consists of three levels or four levels of indicators. Which method should be chosen from the perspective of the evaluation work involved. In actual work, people choose to use more accumulation and multiplication. Each of the two laws has its own advantages and disadvantages. In order to help avoid weaknesses in the real appraisal work, I hereby throw out the superficial experience in practice and hope it will benefit the leaders and comrades engaged in the work.
