中小学后进生的转化教育工作是每一位教育工作者面临和思考的重大课题。立足于当今我国中小学后进生出现的新状况,对后进生普遍存在的一系列问题及其成因进行了全面的分析,并提出相应的应对策略。
The transformation of primary and secondary education into education is a major issue that every educator faces and thinks about. Based on the new situation that emerges in our country after primary and secondary schools, a series of problems and their causes which are common to the students are analyzed comprehensively and corresponding coping strategies are put forward.
