我们对Bakgammon型高气压流气式位置灵敏正比计数管的基本性能进行了研究。结果表明,其位置分辨率约为100μm;线性良好,在计数器中部47.5、40和30mm范围内,位置线性均方误差分别为76、47.3和11.6μm;对铁、铜和锌特征X射线的绝对探测效率分别为68.5%、59.9%和52.4%,与理论计算值相符,在整个探测器长度上探测效率分布比较均匀;与移动平台等构成的探测系统的重复定位精度好于10μm。在此基础上,测量了高能物理所同步辐射实验室4W1C漫散射站聚焦单能X射线的光强分布。
We investigated the basic performance of Bakgammon type high pressure flow gas position sensitive proportional counters. The results show that the position resolution is about 100 μm and the linearity is good. The linear mean square errors of position are 47, 40, 30 and 30 μm respectively in the middle of the counter. The absolute detection efficiency of the characteristic X-ray is 68.5%, 59.9% and 52.4%, respectively, which is consistent with the theoretical calculation value. The detection efficiency distribution is relatively uniform over the entire detector length. With the detection system consisting of a mobile platform and the like, The repeat positioning accuracy is better than 10μm. On this basis, the light intensity distribution of single-energy X-ray focused by 4W1C diffuse scattering station in a high energy physics synchrotron radiation laboratory was measured.
