目的 :观察黄心胶囊 (分散片 )在体外对腺病毒和合胞病毒的直接作用。方法 :在体外测得药物对Hela细胞及Hep 2细胞的最大无毒浓度 ;再将此浓度作倍比稀释进行试验 ,观察对腺病毒和合胞病毒的直接抑制作用。结果 :黄心胶囊 (分散片10mg/ml~ 1.2 5mg/ml对Hela细胞和Hep 2细胞仅引起轻度的皱缩外 ,余无显著的毒性反应 ,0 62 5mg/ml对两种细胞无任何毒性反应。 10 0mg/ml~ 1.2 5mg/ml的浓度明显抑制腺病毒 3型 (Adv3 )和合胞病毒 (RSV)致细胞病变的作用 ,10mg/ml~ 2 .5mg/ml能抑制腺病毒 7型 (Adv7)致细胞病变作用。结论 :黄心胶囊 (分散片 )对腺病毒 3型 (Adv3 )、7型 (Adv7)和合胞病毒 (RSV)具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the direct effect of Huangxin capsule (dispersible tablet) on adenovirus and syncytial virus in vitro. METHODS: The maximum non-toxic concentration of Hela cells and Hep 2 cells was measured in vitro; this concentration was further diluted and tested for direct inhibition of adenovirus and syncytial virus. RESULTS: Huangxin capsules (dispersible tablets 10 mg/ml to 1.2 5 mg/ml caused only slight shrinkage of Hela cells and Hep 2 cells, but no significant toxicity was observed. 0 62 5 mg/ml did not have any effect on both types of cells. Toxic reaction: The concentration of 10mg/ml to 1.2 5mg/ml obviously inhibits the cytopathogenic effect of adenovirus type 3 (Adv3) and syncytial virus (RSV), 10mg/ml ~ 2.5mg/ml can inhibit adenovirus type 7 (Adv7) cytopathogenic effect.Conclusion: Huangxin capsule (dispersible tablet) has obvious inhibitory effect on Adv3, Adv7 and RSV.
