本文论述了工厂企业的节能过程和余热回收利用途径,着重介绍了分析生产工艺用能的热利用线图法。对余热动力回收的温限范围和工质进行分析研究之后.指出:余热源在600℃以上,可使用水和蒸汽工质;在300~600℃之间,宜用低沸点有机工质;在300℃以下,以热利用为宜。最后,本文还分析了总能热泵的节能作用。
This article discusses the energy-saving process and waste heat recovery and utilization of factory enterprises, and emphatically introduces the heat utilization diagram of analyzing the energy consumption of the production process.
