Under the influence of the current international financial crisis, the Japanese real economy saw a sharp decline under the influence of the drastic drop in exports. The reason needs to go deep into the internal structure of Japan’s economy to be analyzed. Since the start of this economic cycle recovery in 2002, it has been characterized by the external demand-led model. However, its content is far different from the previous dominant external demand. That is, the expansion of external demand has failed to boost domestic demand. Therefore, the strength of economic recovery is weak. The reason behind it is that the omni-directional allocation of global capital has weakened the power of exports to boost domestic demand and the excess domestic consumption in the United States. In addition, other reasons are the decline in the quality of employment.
