以玉米秸秆为试验研究对象,比较添加蚓粪后对秸秆厌氧消化产气特性的影响。在接种污泥比例为20%、30%、50%时,添加适当蚓粪,使其在35℃下中温厌氧消化,试验中研究产气量、pH值和乙酸产生量等参数的变化趋势。结果表明,添加蚓粪后,各处理的产气量均显著增加,其中50%接种污泥的处理累积产气量达340mL,增幅达67.05%,添加蚓粪的物料发挥了最大的产气效果。试验过程中pH值相对稳定,乙酸累积量较低。蚓粪的添加抑制了酸的累积,使pH稳定在一定的范围。
Taking corn stalk as experimental object, the effects of adding vermicompost on anaerobic digestion and gas production characteristics of straw were compared. When the inoculum size was 20%, 30%, 50%, appropriate vermicompost was added to moderate temperature anaerobic digestion at 35 ℃. The changes of gas production, pH and acetic acid production were studied. The results showed that after the addition of earthworm manure, the gas production of each treatment increased significantly, of which 50% of the inoculated sludge had a cumulative gas production of 340 mL, an increase of 67.05%. The material with vermicompost exerted the greatest gas production. During the test, the pH value was relatively stable and the acetic acid accumulation was low. The addition of vermicompost inhibits the accumulation of acids, stabilizing the pH to a certain extent.
