文化安全是文化发展的重要内容,文化发展是文化安全的表现形态。文化发展与文化安全之间存在既相互对立,又相互统一的关系。在笔者看来,中国传统文化发展与文化安全存在一定的对立关系,中国现代文化发展与文化安全同样也存在着一定的对立关系。文化发展与文化安全相统一的关系是文化安全在受到威胁后可在一定程度上刺激文化的发展,文化发展是新旧文化在自身安全受到威胁的条件下而形成的合力。认识和理解我国文化发展与文化安全之间的对立统一关系,对丰富和完善我国当今文化哲学的发展观和安全观有所裨益。
Cultural security is an important part of cultural development. Cultural development is an expression of cultural security. Between cultural development and cultural security, there are both mutually antagonistic and mutually unifying relations. In my opinion, there is a certain antagonistic relationship between the development of traditional Chinese culture and cultural security. There is also a certain antagonistic relationship between the development of Chinese modern culture and cultural security. The unification of cultural development and cultural security is that cultural security can, to a certain extent, stimulate the development of culture when it is threatened. Cultural development is a resultant force of old and new cultures under the condition that their own security is threatened. Understanding and understanding the unity of opposites and oppositions between the cultural development and cultural security in our country will be beneficial to the enrichment and improvement of the outlook on development and security in today’s cultural philosophy in our country.
