给BALB/C小鼠自由饮用含有铅或/和锌的无离子水溶液12周后,进行了小鼠体重增长率、铅在体内的分布以及抗体生成细胞功能实验。结果表明,锌能拮抗铅抑制小鼠体重增长的作用,并能降低血铅和肝铅含量,而增加肾铅含量。单独染毒铅抑制小鼠抗绵羊红细胞IgM抗体的产生,同时呈剂量-效应关系;15.2mmol/L锌则增强正常小鼠抗绵羊细胞IgM抗体产生,并能拮抗4.8mmol/L铅抑制小鼠抗绵羊红细胞IgM抗体产生的作用。
After 12 weeks of free drinking of lead-free and/or zinc-containing non-ionic aqueous solutions in BALB/C mice, the mouse body weight gain rate, distribution of lead in vivo, and antibody-producing cell function experiments were performed. The results showed that zinc can antagonize the effect of lead on body weight gain in mice, and can reduce blood lead and liver lead levels and increase renal lead levels. The use of lead alone inhibited mouse anti-sheep erythrocyte IgM antibody production and showed a dose-response relationship; 15.2 mmol/L zinc enhanced normal mouse anti-sheep cell IgM antibody production and could antagonize 4.8 mmol/L lead-inhibiting mice.
