随着信息技术的不断发展,管理的信息化作为一种高效的管理手段和方式,已经逐渐成为企业单位加强自身市场竞争力的重要手段。其中,人事管理作为一个企业发展过程中十分重要的管理方面,人事管理的信息化建设已经受到各个事业单位的重视。本文通过对当前事业单位人事管理信息化建设的现状进行分析,对其中出现的问题进行探讨,同时提出一些改进的建议,以促进事业单位的工作向着更加高效、高质量的方向发展。
With the continuous development of information technology, information management of management has become an important means for enterprises to strengthen their market competitiveness as an efficient management method and method.
