目的了解秦皇岛市北戴河区居民代谢综合征(MS)的流行现况,为开展防治MS提供基础资料。方法采用随机抽样的流行病学调查方法,于2010年8—10月对本区20～92岁人群进行面对面问卷调查,同时测定调查对象的体重、身高、血压、血脂、空腹血糖,调查3 572人,有效调查人数为3 569人。运用2004中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)标准对资料进行分析。结果 MS的患病率为5.72%,男性患病率高于女性,不同性别MS患病率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着年龄增加,MS患病率增加,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同文化程度和不同经济状况的人MS患病率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论秦皇岛市北戴河区居民代谢综合征的患病率较高,提示有可能发生心血管病风险。
Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in Beidaihe District of Qinhuangdao City and provide basic information for prevention and treatment of MS. Methods A random sample of epidemiological survey method was used to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey of 20 to 92-year-olds in this area from August to October in 2010, meanwhile body weight, height, blood pressure, blood fat and fasting blood glucose were measured. , Effective investigation of the number of 3 569 people. Data were analyzed using the 2004 Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Branch (CDS) standard. Results The prevalence of MS was 5.72%. The prevalence rate of MS was higher than that of women. There was significant difference in the prevalence of MS among different sexes (P <0.01). The prevalence of MS increased with age, with statistical significance (P <0.01). There were significant differences in the prevalence of MS among different education levels and economic status (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome among residents in Beidaihe District of Qinhuangdao City is high, suggesting the possibility of cardiovascular disease.
