为了对钛合金微观组织进行定量表征,提出一种分割等轴与片层α相复杂粘连组织的新方法。该方法包含三个步骤:首先,通过计算二值化微观组织图像中每个角点的凹度值来确定凹点。其次,采用标识圆和凹点间的距离值选取凹点对。最后,提出四个准则判断连接凹点对中的两个凹点所形成的分割线是否是正确的分割线。结果表明:采用该方法可以有效地分割复杂粘连组织。
In order to quantitatively characterize the microstructure of titanium alloy, a new method of splitting the complex conglutination of the α-phase and the equiaxed layer was proposed. The method consists of three steps: First, the pits are determined by calculating the concavity value of each corner point in the binarized microstructure image. Second, use the distance between the circle and the pit to select the pit pair. Finally, four criteria are proposed to judge whether the dividing line formed by two pits in the connected pitting pair is the correct dividing line. The results show that this method can effectively separate complex connective tissue.
