采用扫描电镜及附属EDS能谱仪研究了不同预合金化温度对热成形钢22MnB5锌基镀层形貌及组织成分的影响规律。结果表明,在相同的预合金化时间下,随着温度的升高,镀层组成由开始时的ζ相、δ相和Γ相逐渐转变为只有Γ相;镀层中的Fe含量逐渐增加,Zn含量逐渐减少,最终镀层中的Fe含量可达80%~90%,而Zn含量最高可达到25%以上;预合金化工艺为600℃保温10 min,奥氏体化工艺为900℃保温5 min时能得到质量较好的镀层;试样在奥氏体化之后,镀层表面为ZnO和Al_2O_3,镀层中的组织几乎全部为α-Fe(Zn),只在表层有极少的Г相。
The influence of different pre-alloying temperature on the morphology and microstructure of 22MnB5 zinc-based coating was investigated by SEM and EDS EDS.
