在心理顾问事务所接待的失眠求助者,大都有个共同的特点:性格敏感、多疑、自信心不足、固执、犹豫不决、焦虑。对偶尔的几次失眠造成的头痛、注意力涣散、记忆力下降等症状,总是感到忧心忡忡。他们每天上班都是无精打采,一到晚上,他们总是想方设法地让自己“今天什么也别想,一定要睡个好觉!”可往往事与愿违,越想睡好觉,越睡不着,形成恶性循环。他们有的已尝试过许多方法,吃药、练气功、听音乐,或者拼命克制自己的胡思乱想,结果都不奏效。
