近年来，随着我国经济的高速发展，国家对建设、交通、水利、房产等各个领域加大投入，财政部门根据预算要求下拨一系列专项资金，金额庞大。但是行政事业单位专项资金在使用和管理中着存在着一系列问题，如专项资金沉淀、挪用资金等现象。本文就行政事业单位专项资金管理中存在的问题以及对策进行了阐述。
