近年来,税务系统新老更替,每年都有大批“90后”加入税务大军,探究他们的职业初心,对打好其职业发展基础尤为重要。为此,深圳市国家税务局对316名新入职公务员进行了不记名开放式问卷调查,分析总结了新入职公务员职业价值观的特点,对加强新入职公务员职业培养提出了针对性建议。
In recent years, the tax system, the old and the new, every year a large number of “90 ” to join the tax army, to explore their professional heart, to lay the foundation for their professional development is particularly important. To this end, the State Administration of Taxation of Shenzhen conducted an anonymous open questionnaire survey of 316 newly recruited civil servants, analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the professional values of newly recruited civil servants and put forward targeted suggestions on strengthening the vocational training of newly recruited civil servants.
