为建立较为系统的黄芩规范化生产技术体系,解决在生产上引种比较混乱的局面,2009-2010年进行了3种不同产地黄芩京郊适应性比较的试验。结果表明:3个产地的黄芩间有一定差异,根长、根茎粗、鲜质量、干质量、折干率及经济效益均以山东产地的最高,北京产地的次之,山西产地的最低。山东和北京产地黄芩分别比山西产地黄芩增产17.400%和7.500%,分别增效23.600%和10.100%。黄芩苷含量以北京地区产黄芩最高为16.100%,但3个品种间差异不显著。
In order to establish a systematic systematic technical system for the standardization of Scutellaria baicalensis and solve the problem of confusion in production, three experiments were conducted to compare the adaptability of Scutellaria baicalensis in suburbs from 2009 to 2010. The results showed that there were some differences in the root bark of Scutellaria baicalensis in the three producing areas. Root length, rhizome thick, fresh weight, dry weight, drying rate and economic benefit were the highest in Shandong, second in Beijing and lowest in Shanxi. Scutellaria baicalensis in Shandong and Beijing were 17.400% and 7.500% more than that of Scutellaria baicalensis in Shanxi, respectively, with an efficiency gain of 23.600% and 10.100% respectively. Baicalin content in Beijing area skullcap highest 16.100%, but the three varieties was not significantly different.
