2015年世界卫生日(4月7日)的主题是“食品安全”。食品安全跟每个人都息息相关,而食源性疾病是头号食品安全问题。每年有数百万人因食用不安全食品而患病,还有许多人因此丧失生命。数据显示,含有有害细菌、病毒、寄生虫或化学物质的食品可导致二百多种疾病;据估计,食源性和水源性腹泻病每年导致全球约200万人死亡。虽说食源性疾病是头号食品安全问题,但是很多人却并不知道究竟什么是食源性疾病。吃错东西拉肚子
The theme of World Health Day 2015 (April 7) is “Food Safety ”. Food safety is tied to everyone, and foodborne illness is number one food safety issue. Millions of people each year suffer from eating unsafe food and many lose their lives. Data show that foods containing harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or chemicals can cause over 200 diseases; it is estimated that food-borne and water-borne diarrheal diseases cause around 2 million deaths each year worldwide. Although foodborne illness is the # 1 food safety issue, many people do not know exactly what a foodborne illness is. Eat something wrong diarrhea
