目的:观察中药健脾解毒汤预防胃癌根治术后复发转移的临床疗效。方法:将66例胃癌根治术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组治疗采用健脾解毒汤合并化疗,对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察2组1、2、3年累计生存率,1、2、3年累计复发转移率以及平均无瘤生存期。结果:观察组2、3年累计生存率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组2、3年累计复发转移率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);胃癌根治术后平均无瘤生存期,观察组为(25.8±11.9)月,显著高于对照组(19.9±12.2)月(P<0.05)。结论:健脾解毒汤可以通过降低胃癌根治术后的复发转移提高生存率,值得进一步研究。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction in preventing recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer after radical operation. Methods: Sixty-six patients with radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 regimen. The cumulative survival rates of one, two and three years in two groups were observed, 1, 2, 3 years cumulative recurrence and metastasis rate and mean tumor-free survival. Results: The cumulative survival rates at 2 and 3 years in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The cumulative recurrence and metastasis rates at 2 and 3 years in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05) The tumor-free survival time in the observation group was (25.8 ± 11.9) months, significantly higher than that in the control group (19.9 ± 12.2 months) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Jiedu Decoction can improve the survival rate by reducing the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer after radical resection, it is worth further study.
