在新的电子商务环境中,为了识别更加全面的电子商务关键成功因素,采用文献挖掘与内容分析法,对1999 2011年发表在CNKI中文期刊的全文数据库和20种国际信息技术与管理核心期刊上的篇名或摘要包含“电子商务关键成功因素”的文献中的关键成功因素进行内容分析,分别从国外、国内分析层次维度揭示了44篇国外文献的研究现状,战略基础、管理基础三个层面对国内文献识别出35个关键成功因素,并概括了电子商务关键成功因素的研究成果,在此基础上建立了以电子商务成功、战略层面、管理层面、基础层面为核心的关键成功因素关系模型。
In the new e-commerce environment, in order to identify more comprehensive key success factors for e-commerce, a literature mining and content analysis method was used to publish the full-text database of CNKI Chinese periodicals and 20 kinds of international information technology and management core journals in 1999 and 2011. The title or abstract of the article contains the key success factors in the “Key Success Factors of E-Commerce” content analysis, and reveals the current research status of 44 foreign documents from the foreign and domestic analysis level dimensions, and the strategic basis and management basis. At each level, 35 key success factors were identified for domestic documents, and the research results of key success factors for e-commerce were summarized.
