对酸浆植物的化学成分进行研究,采用反复硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶以及制备型高效液相色谱技术进行分离纯化。通过一维、二维核磁共振波谱以及质谱方法鉴定其结构。从中共分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为酸浆苦味素P(1),4,7-二去氢新酸浆苦味素B(2),酸浆苦味素D(3),5α-羟基-25,27-二氢-7-去氢-7-脱氧新酸浆苦味素A(4),4,7-二去氢酸浆苦味素B(5),熊果酸(6),汉黄芩素(7),布卢门醇(8),川陈皮素(9),甘草素(10),五味子醇甲(11),5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(12),5-(羟甲基)-2-(二甲氧基甲基)呋喃(13),1-O-[3-O-2-甲基-5-(2,3,4-三甲基)苯基-2,3-戊二醇]-β-D-木糖-(1→6)-β-D-半乳糖苷(14)。其中,化合物14是一个新的化合物,化合物7-11和13为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Physalis plant were studied and purified by repeated silica gel, Sephadex and preparative HPLC. Its structure was identified by one-dimensional, two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from the Chinese Communist Party (CPC), namely, bitter P (1), 4,7-didehydroindurylated bitter B (2), acetophenone D (3), 5α-hydroxy -25,27-dihydro-7-dehydro-7-deoxynoic acid bitterness A (4), 4,7-didehydroacetate bitter B (5), ursolic acid (12), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (12), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde (Hydroxymethyl) -2- (dimethoxymethyl) furan (13), 1 -O- [3-O-2-methyl-5- Pentanediol] -β-D-xylose- (1 → 6) -β-D-galactoside (14). Among them, compound 14 was a new compound, and compounds 7-11 and 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
