2010年,河南省委书记卢展工对公交发展做出重要指示,提出“公交是为民,公交是形象,公交要优先,公交当自强”的二十字方针。在此背景下,河南省各城市充分把握当前机遇,积极争取更好的发展环境和扶持政策,在用足、用好政策上下功夫,不断推动公交事业取得又好又快发展。
In 2010, Lu Zhanong, secretary of Henan Provincial CPC Committee, made an important instruction on the development of public transportation and proposed that “the public is the public, the public transportation is the image, the public transportation should be prioritized and the public transport should be stronger”. In this context, all cities in Henan Province fully grasp the current opportunities and actively strive for a better environment for development and supportive policies.
