在职业教育“能力本位”的价值取向中,包含了职业能力训练和人文能力培养两个方面的内容。因此中职校在开发校本课程时就应坚持职业能力和人文能力培养并重。本文拟从特色性和成效性谈谈人文素养校本课程的开发。
In vocational education “ability-based ” value orientation, including vocational training and humanistic ability training two aspects. Therefore, vocational schools in the development of school-based curriculum should insist on both occupational and humanistic ability training. This article intends to talk about the characteristics and effectiveness of the humanistic quality of school-based curriculum development.
