介绍了曲轴锻造的现状,并在对智能制造发展趋势分析的基础上,提出了曲轴智能锻造的必要性。结合曲轴锻造生产的特点,提出了层级智能锻造的系统结构,该系统包含基础层的自动化锻造生产线、参数提取层的智能感知与检测系统、制造执行层的MES系统以及决策层的专家系统这4个主体模块,并构建出曲轴智能锻造的系统架构。此外,建立了曲轴智能锻造的智能感知与检测系统,实现了锻造生产在线监测和参数提取,并通过智能化锻造网络构架、智能感知与检测系统、MES和专家系统构建了一个可自动运行、故障诊断以及生产管理的锻造生产过程。
The current situation of crankshaft forging is introduced. Based on the analysis of development trend of intelligent manufacturing, the necessity of crankshaft intelligent forging is put forward.
