农村房屋搬迁是目前新农村建设的主要构成部分。近年来,国家高度重视农村房屋搬迁,在《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》基础上,根据农村经济及搬迁现状,不断完善相关法律条文。然而由于各种原因,搬迁项目实施过程中难免出现一些诸如居民不配合搬迁,征收争议,强制拆迁等问题。本课题以四川省大邑县安仁镇为例,通过实地走访、问卷等方式,调查新团小区100户人家,深入分析了解搬迁途中出现的问题,结合其他地区实际,提出相关解决措施,为其他地区提供参考。
