考核是上级检验、了解下级某项军事技能掌握程度的必要方法,是调动和强化部队竞争意识的有效手段,对提高军事素质、造就尖子人才可以起到积极作用。尤其在轰轰烈烈的大练兵年代,考核对于掌握训练情况,推动训练热潮,保证训练健康发展,常常有着不可低估的作用。然而,我们还必须清醒地看到,考核可反映一个单位的临场训练质量,却未必完全真实反映训练的全过程,其结果只应做为掌握训练质量
Assessment is the test of the higher level. Understanding the necessary methods for mastery of a certain military skill at a subordinate level is an effective measure to mobilize and intensify the competition awareness of the armed forces and can play an active role in enhancing the military’s quality and creating top talent. Especially in the vigorous military training era, the assessment can grasp the training situation, promote the training upsurge, and ensure the healthy development of training. Often it can not be underestimated. However, we must also be soberly aware that the assessment can reflect the quality of a unit’s on-the-spot training but may not fully reflect the whole process of training. The result should only be used as a guide to master the training quality
