面对经济高速发展和利益主体日趋多元化的社会现实,我国电力企业为了获得新发展,需构建和谐的劳动关系。本文主要从完善绩效管理体系、依法规范用工、构建融洽的劳动关系、建立健全安全生产制度、加强企业内部沟通等八个方面来探讨电力企业如何构建和谐劳动关系的问题。
In the face of the rapid economic development and the increasingly diversified interests of stakeholders in society, the power enterprises in our country need to build harmonious labor relations in order to obtain new development. This article mainly discusses how to build harmonious labor relations among power enterprises from eight aspects: perfecting performance management system, standardizing labor force according to law, building harmonious labor relations, establishing and improving safety production system and strengthening internal communication among enterprises.
