微波辐射条件下,以吲哚羧酸及间苯二甲醛为原料,经过3步反应,以较高产率合成了一类新的双吲哚酰腙类化合物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR、MS和元素分析确证。所得化合物进行了初步抑菌活性实验研究,结果表明,部分化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑制作用。
Under microwave irradiation conditions, indole carboxylic acid and isophthalaldehyde were used as raw materials to synthesize a new class of bisindoloyl hydrazones with high yield via 3 steps. Their structures were confirmed by 1HNMR, IR, MS And elemental analysis confirmed. The compounds obtained preliminary antibacterial activity of experimental study, the results show that some compounds on E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus has a good inhibitory effect.
